IFC Formal Fraternity Recruitment 

An important part of the vitality of the IFC Community are their recruitment efforts. Recruitment is a time to learn about IFC fraternities, meet their members, and potentially make a life-long commitment to a fraternity. On behalf of the Washington University Interfraternity Council, we invite you to consider going through recruitment in order to join a community over 100 years old and 900 members strong. To sign up for recruitment, please sign up via this link where you will login using your WUGO credentials no later than January 22, 2023 at 5:00pm. If you do not register by the above date, you will not be permitted to go through recruitment this semester.

In order to go through recruitment you must meet the following requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at Washington University
  • Earned 12 credit hours at Washington University
  • Earned a 2.5 cumulative grade point average
  • Be approved through the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards’ name check process:
    • Not be found responsible for one or any combination of the following violations within the past two semesters:
      • Drugs (possession, use, distribution)
      • Multiple alcohol violations
      • Usage and/or possession of false identification
      • Vandalism
    • In addition, you could are ineligible if you have been found responsible of any of the following violations during your tenure at the University:
      • Repeated violations of Academic Integrity
      • Assault and/or other issues of violence
